Customer Services Administrator (Temp-to-Perm)

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator to join a busy and growing property maintenance organisation on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Waltham Abbey, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who is looking for long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing inbound calls and emails from tenants

* Scheduling and coordinating property maintenance appointments

* Liaising with engineers, contractors, and residents

* Updating internal systems with accurate information

* Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently

* Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Previous customer service and administration experience

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
