Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a successful, Chesterfield based business, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will carry out the following duties:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system
Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any customer-related issues
Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Support the customer service team with additional duties as required
The successful candidate for this Customer Services Administrator role will be:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
