Customer Service Administrator – Yorkshire
Are you organised, proactive, and ready to support a growing team in the new build housing sector? Harron Homes is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our ever growing Customer Service team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our homeowners. If you are organised, proactive, and enjoy supporting both customers and colleagues, this could be the perfect role for you.
You will be at the heart of our customer journey, supporting the team to ensure every homeowner receives timely, professional, and helpful service. You will manage queries, coordinate with internal teams, and help make sure our processes run smoothly.
The role
* Provide excellent customer service via email and in person communication
* Manage and update customer records and documentation
* Coordinate between departments to resolve customer queries efficiently
* Support the delivery of a smooth and positive customer journey
* Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required by the team and Customer Service Managers
About you
* Experience in customer service or administration, ideally in a new-build housing environment (desirable)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on solutions
