Oldbury
Temp to Perm
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08.30am till 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch

We have an excellent opportunity for a client-driven sales administrator to join a fantastic manufacturing company who are based in Oldbury.
You will be supporting other team members and representing the company who are very enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service to their customers. You will be working in a professional and fast paced environment.
The Role
· Answering inbound customers calls in a professional and timely manner.
· Checking prices are correct on customer orders.
· Scanning orders.
· Outbound customer calls to update on ETA of deliveries.
· Customer calls to update what stock is available.
· Accurately taking customer orders.
· Following up quotes with customers.
· Accurately typing up customer quotes
· All other duties as required.
