Are you a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service, business development, and administrative skills? We're currently seeking three full-time temporary Customer Service Admin Assistants to join our team in Taunton until the end of August.
Position: Customer Service Admin Assistant (Full-time, Temporary until end of August) Location: Taunton, Somerset Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist in business development initiatives to expand our client base and enhance relationships.
Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation management.Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, business development, and administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
DBS clearance on the update system or obtained within the last three months.
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
