Description:

This role is key to the Customer Service function and customer relationships of the business.

The person needs strong administrative skills as a core experience trait.

Responsible for the order to delivery communications with customers, and will ensure that the customers voice remains clear through development projects and the production planning process and that customer communication is clear and transparent, escalating any issues to the appropriate director or account manager.

Key responsibilities
-Customer service - manage order acknowledgement and updating of order progression with customers. Always representing the business professionally. Maintain and distribute open order books
-Feedback - provide updates and feedback in team meetings
-Working closely with clients
Key skills/experience/qualifications
Essential
-Demonstrable understanding of excellent customer service
-Experience of Microsoft packages - Teams, Word, Power Point, Excel & other data presentation and manipulation tools
-Ability to multi-task
-Excellent communication skills
