Description:
Recsure Personnel are currently recruiting for a number of customer service candidates for a company based within the Telford area. This would be on a straight permanent contract with the opportunity of immediate starts once interview processes have taken place.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise successfully with active and prospect clients, as well as members of the public.
- Have the ability to find out the needs of the person calling and how to help.
- The ability to liaise successfully with other areas of the company/ members in the team
- Generating weekly and monthly reports
- Take part in meetings and offer improvements.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Proven experience within Customer Service/ office based roles
- Ability to work on your own/ under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
