Our client
Supplying their bespoke products globally they are without doubt a market leader. Due to business growth they now want to add a passionate service professional to their customer service team.
This is a dual role where you will look after both commercial and industrial clients.
The role
Acting as the first point of contact for existing customers
Delivering excellent customer service
Responsible for shared mailbox whilst managing personal inbox
Providing regular updates to clients
Processing refunds/ discounts where necessary
Updating CRM with all customer note
Chasing deliveries for customers
Liaising with multiple departments
The candidate
Previous service experience preferred but not essential
Ability to grasp a technical product
Great attention to detail is paramount
Ability to multitask
Must take ownership of your own work
Comfortable working towards KPI’s
Must have a good work ethic
Personality is everything in this role
