Customer Service Advisor

An exciting new opportunity for someone to join my clients’ newly renovated offices in Gloucester. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of an exciting and growing team.
Responsibilities
* Assign payments made over the phone or through a bank transfer to the appropriate agreement.
* Handle client demands for early settlement and related matters, making sure that business policy is upheld, and appropriate measures are taken.
* Encourage your teammates to share both their positive and negative experiences with one another.
* You have a responsibility to act in a way that benefits your clients.
* You must think about how your actions (or inaction) might impact consumers' interests or prevent them from getting what they want.
* Communicate with the Business Partner to find out when the goods will be delivered.
About you:
* A minimum of one year's worth of credit control or collection experience.
* Outstanding phone manners and experience fielding both incoming and outgoing calls.
* A strong personality along with the capacity to handle a busy day.
* The self-assurance to engage in challenging phone interactions with customers.
* Strong writing abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aptitude for internal computer systems.
* Possess a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service and experience taking control of the client experience.
