Position: Customer Account Manager
Salary: £24k to £27k
Location: Eastbourne (office based)
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Friday

The role includes:
Re-engaging with previous customers
Providing customer service and technical advice on products (training given)
Offering a bespoke consultative service on pricing and delivery
Working alongside the sales team to identify potential new customers
Growing your market knowledge and analysing purchasing trends of existing customers
