Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and growing team based in Wythenshawe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer service, contact centre, administration, or helpdesk experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound customer calls and emails.
Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Logging and updating requests on internal systems.
Providing customers with updates and information.
Liaising with internal teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently.
Maintaining accurate records and customer information.
Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, helpdesk, or administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
