Job Title: Customer Sales Advisor
Place of Work: Huntingdon
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm
Salary: £23,000-£26,000 per annum
Job Overview
Brook Street are proud to be partnering with a well-established company based in Huntingdon and are recruiting for an experienced Customer Sales Advisor. The ideal candidate will be a customer service focussed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Creating customer quotations
Checking and raising purchase orders
Organising refunds for customer or arranging credits to be signed by the supervisor
Diary management
Opening credit and pay as you go accounts for customer
Liaising with other departments
General administration
Supporting the sales representatives with any appropriate tasks and supporting with the sales pipeline
Dealing with invoice queries and ticket receipts
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Skills required
Computer literate & Microsoft Office Skills
Flexibility to get tasks completed as needed with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under instruction whilst using own initiative where necessary
Highly organised with a polite and confident telephone manner
Previous experience within the construction/ aggregates/ waste industry would be advantageous but not essential
