Are you looking for a new opportunity, to work within a reputable, award-winning business management organisation? R13 are currently working alongside a fantastic company, who are looking for a highly organised individual to join them as a Customer Retention Advisor. This is a key role with a focus on retaining customers at the cancel/renewal stage, handling potential objects and providing excellent customer service.
Based in a modern, open plan office in an ideal location in Norwich City Centre, this is a full-time, permanent position working 9.00am – 5.00pm (37 hours per week), Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £26,000 per annum with OTE of £35k+.

The day to day:
* Handling customer retention with the aim of ensuring account growth year on year.
* Liaising with customers at the cancel/renewal stage with a focus on retaining these customers.
* Providing any customer feedback to other internal teams in order to improve processes.
* Providing an efficient & high-quality service to customers at all times.
You will have/be:
* Previous customer service experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good negotiation, influencing and improvisational skills.
* Experience within a B2B environment.
* A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of CRM software, and experience with Microsoft Office (including word, excel and outlook).
* Strong organisational skills and a good attention to detail.
