Our client is a fast growing mortgage company revolutionising the process of lending. Providing their customers with a 5 star service, they are looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be customer focused, enthusiastic and proactive individual. This is a hybrid opportunity once you have been fully trained.
The Role:
Working in a fast paced environment the Customer Relationship Specialist will be -
* Looking after all things pre-application and post-completion
* Supporting customers, helping them to be prepared as possible
* Understanding of the house buying process
* Managing brokers diaries, booking in appointments with both new and existing customers
* Contacting and managing customers through various channels including CRM systems, introducer networks and social media
* Proving exceptional customer service, nurturing and building relationships
* Prioritise multiple tasks and projects effectively
* Supporting other business departments when required
The Person:
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Excellent customer service skills
* Driven and self-motivated
* Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude. Happy to give input and ideas
* Well organised
* Excellent time keeper
This is a full time role Monday to Friday. Covering the core hours of the working day there can be some flexibility and once fully trained, this will be a hybrid role.
Salary is £22,000 - £28,000 DOE. Benefits include 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. Company pension. Flexible hours. HR & well Being Services.
