Description:

Our client is an FMCG manufacturer and a market leader in their field who pride themselves on high quality products and delivering outstanding customer service. With a robust technical function in place, they are now looking for the missing piece in the jigsaw and would like to recruit a Customer Quality Manager who would provide the missing link between the customer and factory and be their voice internally.

As part of the role you will oversee the QC function but fundamentally you will be looking at all customer complaints spanning product, delivery, paperwork and route causing the issues to eradicate them and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. As the Customer Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in driving quality improvements, managing customer feedback, and implementing effective quality assurance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

* Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve customer complaints and prevent recurrence.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

* Foster a customer-centric culture and advocate for customer needs and expectations within the company.

* Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, customer service, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross functional teams to resolve complex quality issues. You’ll also be results-orientated with a track record of continuous improvement and exceptional communication skills enabling you to lead and motivate cross functional teams.
