Our engineering clients based close to Winchester have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Quality Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis!
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinate and administering customer complaints, return material authorisation (RMA), product return investigations, and customer quality reporting.
The customer quality coordinator will be preparing of customer responses, 8D reports, KPI reporting, and coordination of corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction and predicts quality. Our client is also willing to provide training to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with customer complaints
* RMA management
* Investigation and 8D Reporting
* Communicating with shop floor staff and sales teams
* Quality reporting and data analysis
* Audit and quality system support
Ideal skills and experience:
* Strong customer service
* Data management skills
* Attention to detail
* Organisation and administration skills
* Ability to communicate clearly across audiences
* Knowledge of root cause analysis and 8D problem solving is preferable
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Hours: Day shifts Monday - Friday
Location: Close to Winchester
