Trust Housing Association has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Partner (Landlord) to join our team on a flexible/hybrid basis based in the Highlands. You will join on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,404 - £42,903 per annum plus £459 monthly car allowance.

About the role:
Trust has a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Partner (Landlord) based in the Highlands. You will be supporting our customers in Angus, Highlands and the Western Isles. You will also be line managing a small number of our development staff.
As the face of Trust to our customers, you will be driven and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, making our new and exciting strategy, The Time Is Now, a reality. A familiar face within the neighbourhoods in which you operate, you will be empowered to make the right decision at the right time, ensuring seamless service delivery, right first time for every customer.
With a good working knowledge of the housing sector you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have excellent computer literacy skills with experience of Microsoft Office applications.
