Looking for a customer focused role within a well established and global company?
You will be a key office-based support and responsible for providing assistance across the business.
Your main role will be:
receiving and processing of customer orders
communicating with customers - inbound and outbound - in relation to delivery lead times or update on other matters
liaising with our sales team to help boost sales opportunities
logging any customer queries and help investigation to resolve You will need:
a professional telephone manner
strong customer focus
data entry/order processing skills
good all-round level of PC literacy and willing to learn new systemsHours of work
Week 1 - 8:30am - 4:30pm
Week 2 - 9am - 5pm Benefits
33 days holiday (inclusive of public holidays)
Ability to sell holidays after 2 years service
