Location: Onsite, Fleet, Hampshire, Based on Waterfront Business Park (overlooking Fleet Pond), within 3 minutes’ walk of Fleet mainline train station offering direct links into London

Customer Order Management Apprenticeship – The Role:

KHIPU Networks have a vacancy within their operations department for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Order Management Executive. The successful applicant will be able to engage with our customers and suppliers whether on the phone or written. A key responsibility will be processing purchase orders so precision and an eye for detail will be essential.

Full training is provided for you to achieve continuous personal and professional development. This is a varied role and will only suit a self-motivated individual who is willing to be a team member and wishes to develop their administrative and customer relation skills. It is also an excellent opportunity for someone who is yet to decide on their long-term career path.

Customer Order Management Apprenticeship – Duties:

- Processing sales and purchase orders

- Processing customer invoicing

- Performing inventory control (both goods inwards and outwards)

- Liaising with customers and other internal departments

- Looking after Key Account Managers

- Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are maintained at all times

- Office upkeep responsibilities.

- Any other general administrative tasks that are reasonably required.

Customer Order Management Apprenticeship – Key skills and Qualities:

- Possessing first-class customer service skills

- Being extremely organized individual that can multitask and prioritize workload

- Having a keen eye for detail in every aspect of their work

- Being confident and cheerful telephone manner, with excellent communication skills in English

- Having a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, a team player, and a willingness to ‘go the extra mile’
