Our client is a market leader with in the prestige car arena, with brands such as Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, McLaren and Rolls-Royce.

This is a really exciting career opportunity if you have ‘exceptional’ Customer Service skills and would love to represent ‘The Brand’ over the phone when talking to customers and are passionate about cars. (this could be your dream job!)

The main aspects of the role are -

• Identify opportunities within the existing customers whom are in optimum position to change/upgrade current vehicle.

• Contacting all service customers in a friendly, timely and professional manner.

• Call & appoint customers for an appraisal appointment.

• Support sales team with adding volume sales and finance profit & insurance.

• Maintain a celebrity service level of communication with your customers, always achieving your commitment to call customers when you say you’re going to.

• Preparation and organisation is key to ensure you are ready to deliver a celebrity customer experience.

• Work with Sales Manager to identify suitable opportunity vehicles for customers.
