Description:
We are working with a Construction and Residnetial maintenance business who are looking for a Customer Liaision officer to work on projects in the North East.
Duties will include
- Liaising with customers ensuring a high level of communication to help build good
customer relations.
- Reporting to the project manager regularly regarding any ongoing issues and
feedback.
- Communicating with the customer service team, monitoring all feedback.
- Ensuring customer enquiries are recorded and responded to promptly.
- Assisting the site managers in monitoring ongoing installations and instructing
installation teams to ensure they are working to the company's quality and health
and safety policies.
The successful candidate will
- Have experience in this role.
- Have strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi -task.
- Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Be proactive and have an enthusiastic approach to customer service.
- Have a full driving license.
The successful candidate will be provided with a company vehicle, phone and laptop
