Customer Liaison Officer

Pay: £15.43

Location: Civic Centre Milton Keynes- onsite only

Length: 3-6 months

Working pattern: 37 hours Monday-Friday

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Milton Keynes City Council for a Customer Liaison Officer to join the Childrens Social Care department supporting with enquiries in relation to child protection, safeguarding and family support.

You will deal with enquiries by telephone, fax, e-mail and face to face, elicit and gather information, problem solve and manage difficult situations.

You will be responsible for arranging support such as taxi's, food parcels, booking travel and accommodation and updating the council's database and well as handling cash/finance.

The successful candidate will have strong administration skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
