Monday to Friday office hours

We are looking for a Customer Liaison officer on a temporary basis to join our central Derby based client. The role is working within a manufacturing setting you will work closely with the customer to maximise opportunity for continued business ensuring quality procedures are maintained.

Duties of a Customer Liaison Officer:

* Sales order integrity and order book.

* Optimise working relationships through calls and meetings.

* Ensure contract procedures are followed.

* Handling invoice queries.

* Working closely with the production team ensuring orders meet customer demand.

Requirements of a Customer Liaison Officer:

* Manufacturing industry experience.

* Strong communication skills.

* Strong Microsoft and excel skills.

* Understand the importance of KPI's.
