We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our vibrant and busy team in St Helens. Hours of Work: full time
The Customer Experience Advisor will be the main point of contact for clients, checking building surveyors’ reports, answering calls, handling complaints, providing outstanding customer service, and obtaining reviews to enhance our reputation. Reporting to senior surveyors, technical directors, and team leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Customer Experience Advisor Requirements:
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of the building surveying sector is desirable
A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering top-quality service
