Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be supporting clients with a range of queries in relation to their products and services they have with the business.

You will be providing excellent support and guidance ensuring each query is resolved to the highest standard and targets are exceeded.

The role will be corresponding with customers over the telephone email and webchat alongside social media platforms.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Able to build excellent working relationships

Passionate about providing the highest level of customer experience
