Blue Arrow Edinburgh is currently hiring for both full-time and part-time Customer Engagement Advisers!
Our client Scottish Water, places customers at the heart of everything they do, recognising the essential role their services play in our daily lives. As a Customer Engagement Adviser, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, confidently managing customer inquiries and ensuring successful resolutions.
Role Details:
* Hours: Choose between full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time. You'll have the flexibility to advise which shifts suit you and the business from the options below:
o Monday: 08:00-16:00 or 14:00-22:00
o Tuesday: 08:00-16:00
o Wednesday: 10:00-18:00 or 14:00-22:00
o Thursday: 08:00-16:00 or 14:00-22:00
o Friday: 14:00-22:00
o Saturday: 08:00-16:00 or 14:00-22:00
o Sunday: 08:00-16:00
Pay Rate:
Salary: £25,980
Monday to Friday: £13.50 per hour
Saturdays, Sundays, and any hours over 37.5: £20.25 per hour
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours: While Scottish Water will provide training on specific services, we're looking for individuals who naturally excel in customer interactions:
* Clear Communication: Answer customer queries concisely with good spelling and grammar.
* Calm and Professional: Keep your cool even in challenging situations.
* Empathy: Understand customer needs and take responsive action.
* Critical Thinking: Accurately record information and allocate resources effectively.
Working Patterns: For the first 2 months, you'll work in Scottish Waters modern and newly renovated office. Afterward, enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working. Our Clients site offers free onsite parking and easy access via public transport. Please note that you must be able to attend full time training for the first 3 weeks on a Monday to Friday basis.
