Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for multiple Customer Due Diligence Analysts for a contract until the 31st October 2024 based in London or Manchester on a hybrid working model.

Purpose of the Role:

As a CDD (Customer Due Diligence) analyst, your role will be pivotal in dissecting, evaluating, and executing a diverse array of projects, change initiatives, and regulatory updates impacting organisational systems and processes. Your specialisation in Anti-Money Laundering will place you at the forefront of combatting financial crime, ensuring adherence to stringent compliance standards while driving operational excellence. Prepare to immerse yourself in the dynamic intersection of analysis, assessment, and delivery, shaping strategies that safeguard against risks and foster sustainable growth.

As a Customer Due Diligence Analyst you will be responsible for:

Analysing performance against key performance indicators, identifying trends and threats and where improvements can be made.
Facilitating the development of new ideas to shape and support the project management of assigned initiatives or change projects in collaboration with operations teams to drive improvements.
Understanding potential changes and translate these to business processes to establish the changes or improvements needed, resulting in requirements gathering, supporting documentation, and effective communication.
Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to make sure project deliverables remain on track and operations are effectively engaged during change mobilisation.What we require from the candidate:

CDD remediation experience.
Financial Services experience.
Strong Financial Crime experience.
Experience within Quality Checks.Next steps
