Description:
Working with a high end retailer in their ecom fulfilment warehouse, we are recruiting for a Customer Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact for the brand, ensuring customers receive the highest levels of care and service at all times.
There may be a mixture of shifts - days, evening and nights, so you must be flexible across varying patterns.
You will:
* Monitor and track customer complaints, ensuring that each complaint is properly investigated.
* Address inquiries, providing information, answering inbound and outbound calls and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Effectively communicate with the customer, various team, transport companies, suppliers, etc.
* Oversee the entire order process from receipt to delivery.
* Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to customer orders,
