Customer Co- Ordinator

Up to £30.000 depending on experience.

Our client is recruiting for Customer Co-Ordinators to work within their busy and successful teams. Are you looking for a permanent role where you are customer first? Can you offer outstanding customer service whilst working towards office SLA's.

Job Role:

Providing outstanding service to major key accounts
Working closely with Supply Chain focusing on tracking and monitoring customer orders
First customer point of contact providing proactive communication on all order related matters and ensuring best possible Customer Experience
Focus on targets for On Time Delivery performance by proactively managing backlog.
Account management of Key customers
Develop communications and relationships between Our company and key stakeholders.
Managing all client queries in a timely and professional manner
Use problem solving skills and own initiative to respond to queries regarding delivery or invoice challenges. Take the necessary corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.

4/1 split between home and office working.
Flexible working between 08:30 and 5pm

25 days holiday plus bank holidays + 5 extra days based on length of service.
