Customer Complaints Officer
Weston-Super-Mare (Hybrid Working Available)
£33,163 per annum
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Fixed-Term Contract until February 2027
We're looking for an experienced Customer Complaints Officer to join a housing organisation.
You will investigate complaints, work with colleagues to resolve issues, identify improvements, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the complaints process.
Key Requirements of the Customer Complaints Officer:
Experience handling customer complaints.
Background in a customer service environment.
Strong communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage challenging situations professionally.The successful Customer Complaints Officer will have:
Housing sector knowledge (desirable)
Reporting and performance monitoring experience.
