Description:

Location: Birkenhead, UK
Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends
Salary: range +25k per annum, negotiable
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Assist customers with product information and order process
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Lead order book reviews with customers
Attend the daily production meeting, being the voice of the customer
Liaise with the customer for re-scheduling orders, delivery cancellations etcExperience:
Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
