Customer Care and Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving change and improving customer experiences? Our client is seeking a Customer Care and Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimise the UK Customer Service and operational functions, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the wider operation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the UK Customer Service team, ensuring high levels of service to customers and Brand Partners.
* Oversee UK operational processes, including logistics, fulfilment, and returns, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
* Manage the operational relationship with third-party logistics providers and other external suppliers.
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, collaboration, and business performance enhancement.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience managing a Customer Service or Customer Experience function.
* Strong operational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
* Experience working with external suppliers or third-party service providers.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
