Description:
Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor to work for a house builder company based in Newcastle.
This is a full-time and permanent position.
Role:
* Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
* Monitor and track outstanding works and prioritise appropriately
* Ensure that all customer contacts are recorded and monitored
* Arrange remedial works in conjunction with the field based team
* Notify new appointments and work required to appropriate colleagues and contractors
Background:
* High standard of telephone and written communication
* Good working knowledge of IT systems, including MS Office
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Experience of working in a customer service environment
* Experience of interpreting and analysing data
