Customer Care Advisor,

Park Holidays UK is looking for talented, enthusiastic and passionate people to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Assisting with the handling of guest/owner and 3rd party interactions within the existing customer care software.

* Updating support tickets in line with the company’s guest/owner care process.

* Offer support to the onsite management teams when appropriate in an effort to resolve support tickets to guest and owner satisfaction.

* Escalating complaints to the appropriate management teams when necessary.

* Forward any 3rd party email enquiries to the relevant company’s personnel.

* Assist with the administration of company & Trip Advisor certificate incentives.

Candidate Skills

* Experience with complaint handling would be an advantage.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Excellent organisational skills.

* Competent using a computer/laptop, including knowledge of word and Excel.

* A professional and approachable personality.

* Ability to work well in a team but also able to work under own initiative.

* A clear understanding of GDPR rules and regulations.
