ITS Group are a leading recruitment company supplying personnel to the construction industry for over 50 years.
Our Exeter division is looking for a Customer Care Administrator on behalf of a leading national house-building company.
You will be based in their Exeter office working Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm. The contract is initially temporary but may become permanent for the right candidate.
Your role will include day to day administration assisting the customer care coordinator responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer care is delivered to their clients who have recently or are in the process of buying a property. You will liaise directly with customers to ensure the smooth running of the process and to assist with resolving any issues that may arise. Excellent telephone manner and strong administration skills are required.
Previous customer care experience is desirable and previous Administrator / Receptionist experience is preferable.
Salary DoE.
