Description:
Our superb client based in Ely is seeking a Customer Billing Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
As Customer Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for taking meter readings for billing purposes, processing information through the system, dealing with telephone based and email queries, collecting reading through calls and portals, raising related invoices, send meter reading requests and reminders, resolving any customer issues for submitting information and supporting administration.
To be considered for the role of Customer Billing Administrator, you will have strong customer services skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of attention to detail, will be used to working deadlines and will thrive on working in a busy, fast paced environment.
In return, our client is offering a starting salary of £23,000 and generous benefits
