What you'll do:
Support customers with investment and stockbroking account queries
Resolve complex enquiries and deliver excellent customer service
Investigate account issues and provide first-contact resolution
Maintain accurate records and follow banking regulations
What we're looking for:
Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Financial services, banking or insurance experience desirable???? Leeds City Centre
???? Rotating shifts between 8am-9pm (7-hour shifts)
???? First 8 weeks office-based, then hybrid
