Macclesfield, Cheshire - Hybrid
£23,750 increasing to £25,175 after 6 months
Full Time - 37 hours per week

We are excited to announce that we now have a full time Customer Services Advisor vacancy within our fantastic Customer Experience team.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who will be committed to the Customer Experience team, being at the forefront in delivering a first class service to our residents.
As an advisor you will be dealing with different types of enquiries including repairs, rents, anti-social behaviour and investment works. To do this, we’re looking for someone who is confident in dealing with different sorts of questions, has a resilient personality and thrives within a multi-channel contact centre.
Our team deal with calls, face to face enquiries, emails, live chats and post so no two days are the same.
The successful person will undergo a training programme to help you transition from starter to fully fledged Advisor.
