Account Support - Customer Care Superstar ????

Location: Ipswich

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 7.30am-5pm, Monday - Friday (Can be discussed at interview stage)

Salary: £26,000 per annum (OTE £32,000)

As an Account Support, you will play a crucial role in delivering "wow experiences" to customers by ensuring first-class customer care and maximising consumable sales throughout the customer lifecycle????????

???? Your Responsibilities:

Conduct post-installation calls to new and existing customers, addressing any queries and concerns.
Rediscover customers who have stopped ordering and employ effective negotiation techniques to preserve and regain consumables revenue.
Collaborate with regional sales teams, identifying opportunities for consumable expansion.
Act as a point of contact for customer issues, ensuring swift resolution and follow-up.
Support the regional sales teams with ad hoc customer inquiries and tasks.
Conduct regular customer reviews to optimise consumable sales and maintain customer satisfaction.???? What You'll Need:

Experience in a customer-facing B2B role.
Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build positive customer relationships.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Proactive and adaptable team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CMS systems.✅ What You'll Receive:
