Customer Account Manager (Logistics)
Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a global business in Hull who are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their expanding business. You will be responsible for managing the export of products to a large European client base.
Duties to include-
Processing high value orders for UK and international customers and acting as a main point of contact from order though to delivery.
Responsible for ensuring all customs clearance on export freight and shipping product
Dealing with all export documentation
Liaising with shipping agents and freight forwarders ensuring Brexit customs are adhered to
Ensure sales orders are correct along with pricing for logistics
Supply Chain coordination of all products
Working closely with customers around credit and debit matters
Maintaining accurate information on SapYou will have
Experience within logistics (Import/Export/Transport)
Account Management experience
Excellent customer service experience
Fantastic interpersonal skills
Strong IT skills
Sap skills desirableYou will receive
