Customer Account Manager

We are searching for a brilliant candidate to fill this fantastic vacancy with this forward-thinking and rapidly expanding collaborative organisation. They are looking for an exceptional professional with customer success experience who builds relationships with ease and has exceptional attention to detail.

Customer Account Manager Responsibilities

As the Customer Account Manager your responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key customers
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer's engagement and maximise customer success and service delivery
Provide critical data analysis and advice on products and service
Ensure the successful completion of the onboarding process and remaining within the system during renewal
Ensure accuracy and timely progression of client accounts with assistance of customer service department
Develop progress plans and tools for clients to track solutions
Ensure escalations are delegated appropriately
Promote the ethos of the company and provide first-class service to clients

Customer Account Manager Experience

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

3-4 years experience in a B2B service delivery role
Able to manage key relationships with stakeholders providing exceptional customer service
A team player, results-driven and tactful when dealing with customer issues
Excellent time management and communication skills
A valid driver's licence and access to a car
Tech-savvy, analytical approach to data and used to working on CRM systems
Energetic, enthusiastic and a willingness to learn and problem solve
Location

Our client's lovely office is based in Oxford with free parking onsite. This is a full-time, hybrid role, working ideally 2-3 days in the office.
