Duties/responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the English curriculum (GCSE with some Functional Skills)

* Deliver approximately 7.5 hours of teaching weekly

* Develop and implement innovative, evidence-based pedagogy

* Monitor, track and lead outstanding learner outcomes

* Collaborate with cross-college teams to enhance quality, inclusion and progression
