Curriculum Manager - Counselling
Location: Central London
Contract: Full Time - Temporary

We are recruiting for an experienced Curriculum Manager - Counselling to join a Further Education college in Central London on a full-time temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced curriculum leader to take responsibility for the leadership, management and development of Counselling provision, driving high-quality teaching, learner achievement and curriculum growth.
The Role
Lead and manage Counselling curriculum delivery across the college
Drive improvements in recruitment, retention, achievement and learner experience
Lead and develop teaching teams, supporting high-quality teaching and learning
Oversee quality assurance, lesson observations, self-assessment and improvement planning
Manage curriculum performance, learner progress and achievement targets
Develop and improve the Counselling and Mental Health curriculum offer
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to curriculum planning, strategic development and resource management
Teach approximately 10-15 hours per week, depending on service requirements
About You
Experienced Curriculum Manager, Head of Curriculum, Programme Manager or similar
Strong background in Counselling and/or Mental Health
Experience leading and developing teaching teams within FE
Strong understanding of quality assurance and curriculum improvement
Proven experience improving learner recruitment, retention and achievement
Full teaching qualification is essential due to the teaching commitment
Relevant degree/professional qualification in Counselling, Mental Health or a related subject
