We are seeking an experienced tutor to develop and deliver a bespoke curriculum for Shape Nurture Training Academy. Training will enable students to build the necessary skills, knowldege and experience in the field to attain Professional Status. Candidates must have a proven track record and signifcant experience of delivering Level 3 or Level 5 awards in Early Years to post 16 students. Candidates must be able to demonstrate in depth understanding and knowledge of Early Years Practice and Child Development. Excellent team work skills and the ability to work across a wide range range of professionals is necessary for this role. The ability to plan and manage workloads to tight deadlines is essential
