Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS is actively seeking a Culture Change Transformation Lead for a hybrid contract for a 6-month contract based either in London or Manchester.

Purpose of the Role:

Records Management requirements are captured within the Information Security Policy. There are some identified gaps in it's control and governance framework in relation to this policy that are currently being resolved. In order to minimise risk of future issues, Records Managers and key stakeholders have identified a need to address Records Management culture and awareness across the business and are seeking someone to support this activity.

Responsibilities of the role:

As a Culture Change Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for:

Assessing current gaps and producing root-cause analysis.
Identifying, tracking, managing, and mitigating any project Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies.
Producing documentation to support delivery.
Assessing current training and guidance materials and identifying and supporting improvements (along-side BAU team).
Preparing implementation plans.
Driving implementation of change.What we require from the candidate:

Experience of implementing and embedding cultural change.
Very strong presentation skills.
A background in communications and marketing.
Experience of leading training, knowledge transfer, and upskilling.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders across multiple regions at different levels of hierarchy.
Strong understanding of solution architecture, operating model design and organisational design, requirements definition, and process design.
Ability to identify opportunity for process automation and design solutions and processes to minimise operational inefficiencies.Next steps
