Location: Leicester (LE4)
Rate: £13.00ph (Personal CIS)
Hours: 07:30-16:30
Contract: 15 months
Tues 18th June Start
Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting for a CSCS Labourer to start on behalf of our client who are a leading Property Construction Contractor based on a New Build Home Development in Leicester (LE4).
Our client are looking for a CSCS Labourer to assist with site maintenance, clearing areas, moving materials/heavy goods around site and loading/unloading vehicles.
Please note - This is a reactive role; so may also involve clearing litter and cleaning the facilities.
This is a long term opportunity to prove to the client how good you are; so punctuality, communication and timekeeping is crucial.
You must have proven experience working on New Build Housing sites.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience as a CSCS Labourer (within House Building settings)
* A Valid CSCS Green Card
