Handyman – Lambeth
Lonsite are looking for an experienced Handyman to join a long-term construction project in Lambeth.
Applicants must live in Lambeth.
Location: Lambeth, London
Payment: CIS or PAYE Umbrella options available
The role will involve:
* Carrying out general handyman and maintenance duties across the site
* Completing basic carpentry, repairs and snagging works
* Assisting with minor fixing and finishing tasks
* Supporting site management and other trades when required
* Keeping work areas safe and tidy
* Following all site health and safety procedures
To be considered, you must have:
* Valid CSCS card
* Previous experience working as a Handyman on a construction site
* Good general maintenance and basic carpentry skills
* Own hand tools
* Be willing to assist with a variety of general site duties
* Live in Lambeth
* Ability to provide 2 recent working references
