CSCS Groundworker – Lambeth
Lonsite are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join a long-term construction project in Lambeth.
Applicants must live in Lambeth.
Location: Lambeth, London
Payment: CIS or PAYE Umbrella options available
The role will involve:
* Carrying out general groundworks duties on site
* Drainage, ducting, kerbing and paving
* Concreting and basic finishing works
* Excavation and preparation works
* Assisting with site set-up and general civils duties
* Working safely around plant and machinery
* Following all site health and safety procedures
To be considered, you must have:
* Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card
* Relevant Groundworks NVQ
* Previous experience working as a Groundworker
* Previous civils experience
* Experience with drainage, kerbing, paving and concreting
* Own hand tools
* Live in Lambeth
* Ability to provide 2 recent working references
