Location: Chester (CH4)
Rate: £200 - £220 a day (CIS Subcontractor)
Hours: Mon-Fri (07:30-16:30)
Contract: Long Term Ongoing

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are a Social Housing Services company looking after a Social Housing, Repairs and Retrofit Contract in Chester (CH4).
As a Bricklayer, you will be working on small brick walls (around 5 Properties a Day).
There is plenty of work available on this Contract for the right Bricklayer.
CSCS Bricklayer Requirements:
* A Valid CSCS Bricklayer Card
* A Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
* A Valid Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights and Manual Handling Certificate.
* Your own tools and PPE.
* 2-3 years’ experience as a Bricklayer (on Social Housing Contracts/Domestic settings).
