CSA Supervisor – Data Centre (Internals)
Location: Docklands, London
Salary: £65,000–£75,000 per annum DOE
Duration: Long Term

The Role
We are seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Docklands, overseeing internal CSA fit-out works.
Previous data centre experience is essential, along with a strong background in supervising internal construction packages and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise internal CSA works, including screeding, raised access floors, partition walls, white walls, ceilings, doors and windows.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
*
Monitor daily site activities, progress and quality of installations.
*
Coordinate works with MEP teams and other trades.
*
Ensure compliance with site health and safety requirements.
*
Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme progress.
*
Oversee snagging, inspections and handover of completed works.
Requirements
*
Previous data centre experience is essential.
*
Proven experience as a CSA Supervisor or similar position.
*
Strong knowledge of internal construction and fit-out packages.
*
Experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
*
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
*
Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
*
Valid CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS.
*
Strong communication and organisational skills.
